These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the construction project-management platform and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Compact Cottages (“Compact Cottages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Compact Cottages provides tools to plan, organize, assign, and track construction projects and tasks, including job-site details, schedules, documents, and team collaboration. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Organization administrators may manage members, roles, permissions, and access to project content within their organization.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service;
  • Access the Service through unauthorized means or probe its security;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its content;
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Your content

You and your organization retain all rights to the projects, tasks, documents, photos, and other content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant Compact Cottages a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Content.

6. Subscriptions and payment

7. Intellectual property
